Doug Benach

Douglas Benach is the President of Greystone Property Development Corp. and manages the development, construction,

sale, and leasing on all Greystone's real estate portfolio. Mr. Benach has worked for more than 35 years in real estate

developments, marketing, construction, and management and has been involved in such notable projects as Trump Tower and

Citicorp World Headquarters. Greystone Property Development Corp. is a real-estate developer of commercial and

residential properties throughout the country. Since 1992, Greystone has acquired, repositioned and developed in excess

of $800 million of properties across the country. By combining our experience, creativity, and resources, we have been

involved in projects ranging from high-rise office complexes and luxury condominiums to rental apartments and shopping

malls.

Our portfolio is a diverse one, which includes successful projects across the nation. Amongst these are new

constructions, conversions of office and industrial spaces, luxury condominium developments, and innovative mixed-use
