Here is a link to an absolutely Free download for an anti virus program called AVG.It is free to download and you will get updates at no charge too. I deleted my paid anti virus program and strictly use AVG now. I like it much better. It does a great job.

Like I said Great Free Program, and it is always free, no trial or anything like that.

If you have ever had computer problems you know it can be very frustrating. A few weeks ago my computer started running very slow.

I would be sitting watching tv and I could here my computer trying to do something. I looked and could not see anything running. I did a virus scan and found a worm that was running in the background

I also ran some scans and found a bunch of spyware. Now this seemed harder to get rid of than the worm. The spyware was running in memory and I could not delete it. I would re-boot only to have it all come back again.

I finally broke down and bought a paid version for spyware removal. I tried all the free ones and they did not do a complete job.
