Before we get going about this lens please let me prime your brain on a simple concept.
The Bulk Buying Concept!
Now most of us are familiar with this concept as many of us have memberships to Sam's Club or Costco. We see the value in such memberships and pay them without even second thought.
We are familiar to the fact that if we buy in bulk the cost per serving or use will be cheaper than if we purchased the same product in a smaller amount. It just makes sense to us as consumers to get more bang for our buck.
Now what if you came across a company that applied the same Bulk Buying Concept that is most commonly used at Sam's Club and Costco and applied it to travel? Wouldn't we see the benefit in that?
How does Bulk Buying and Travel go together?

How the bulk buying concept works in travel is like this.The company which has over 55,000 members reaches out to Resorts and Cruise Lines and says they will buy "ABC" amount of rooms from the Resort or Cruise Line. They then broker those rooms at "XYZ" price from the property for the amount of rooms.
The company then goes back and sells the rooms at an INDIVIDUAL rate to its members.
Example:
Lets say that the company secures 100 rooms at a resort at a total cost of $32,000 for that 100 block of rooms
The company will then sell the rooms back to the individual members at $320 each. ($32,000 divided by 100) They do not mark up the cost to the members.
Now lets say that you wanted to go on the same vacation to the same resort but did not have the buying power (buying in bulk) that the company has. You could expect to pay TWICE as much for the same resort and hotel room because you simply do not have the ability to purchase in bulk
This is the power of combining the bulk buying concept with travel.
