What is the Dress Size Reduction Diet?

My name is Jayson Hunter. I'm the creator of the Dramatic Dress Size Reduction Diet.  And while you might initially think this is just some quick weight-loss diet that is ultimately going to leave you disappointed, it isn't. Far from it actually.

As a registered dietitian and personal fitness trainer with over ten years of experience I've seen just about every gimmick, fad diet and miracle pill women have tried to lose dress sizes and inches fast. And while these "solutions" have worked for the short-term they've resulted in long-term disaster by wreaking havoc on the metabolism of these unsuspecting women. Not only do they gain the weight back they lost, but they gain a whole lot more.

Something very interesting to note is that many of the hundreds of women that I've helped had originally damaged their metabolism through starvation type diets they were using to lose weight for a special occasion. Some wanted to look great for their class reunion. Others wanted to fit into a bikini during their vacation. Of course, their were women who had been eating like birds in preparation for their wedding day. Or their son or daughter's wedding day.

I found it so amazing what women do to lose weight for these special occasions that I decided to create the Dramatic Dress Size Reduction Diet. It's designed to to do two things:

1) Help you lose weight quickly and safely so you look your best for any special event or occasion without ruining your metabolism

2) It then reveals how you KEEP the weigh off by incorporating all the lifestyle modification techniques I have fine tuned over the past ten years. They are specifically designed to help women make the permanent changes necessary to look great for a lifetime!

The desire to makeover your body needs to be very strong to see results. And when are you going to have a greater desire than when you want to look great for a special day? Or for that vacation you've been wanting to take forever? There's no better time to discover the secrets to not only losing weight fast, but keeping weight off forever!

This isn't some fad diet filled with nonsense. Everything I reveal to you is based on hard science and research. As a registered dietitian I know what works and what doesn't. I'm not some run-of-the-mill "guru" who pretends to have all the answers.  I'm not some well meaning person on an internet forum who wants to help you out.  No, I'm a highly educated professional with real-world experience. I have all the right answers because I do the research and I spent all the years in school.

I'm working on the book right now. But in the meantime you can get a ton of FREE information at my blog http://dress-size-reduction-blog.com. As you will see on my blog I have loving women in my life which includes my terrific wife Lianne and my beautiful daughter Hailey  I certainly want them to have the best possible health and wellness information, products and resources available to them. And I want the same for you.

Dieting and Breast Cancer

There is great news today released from the American Cancer Society: Breast cancer death rates continue to decline.

And while that is terrific news, today I want to point out to you how dieting can cause nutritional deficiencies that might lead to cancer.

The typical American Diet, which is heavy on saturated fat, sugar and processed foods, and light on fruits and vegetables, is pretty well known to lead towards all sorts of health issues. Cancer included.

But what many women don't think of is how eating like a bird, so to speak, can cause a host of problems as well. When you're not eating you are robbing your body of critical nutrients it needs to not only maintain a fat-burning metabolism, but it also is left starving for cancer fighting agents such as anti-oxidants and phytonutrients.

Rachael Ray's 30-minute meal: Spring Chicken with Leeks and Peas

Another study has been released showing that whole grain consumption is linked to better bodyweight.

One of the possible reasons in the prevention of obesity is of course the fiber content and that it provides satiety(fullness). Now this isn't stunning news, but it does reinforce why we should be eating whole-grains rather than refined starches.

With this being said here is a delicious meal that not only contains lean protein, which is a great satiety food, but I will show you how to include a higher fiber whole-grain as well.

Spring Chicken with Leeks and Peas (Recipe Number 121)

This meal almost fits into the Dress-Size Reduction meal plan perfectly except for one thing.

First lets talk about the benefits of this meal.

1. It contains Extra-virgin olive oil which is a great healthy fat to include in your diet.

2. Contains lean chicken breasts

3. Contains leeks and green peas so you are getting in your vegetable servings. Feel free to add other vegetables as a side item.

The one thing that needs adjusting is the rice choice. Rachael Ray suggests white rice, but a healthier alternative would be substituting the white rice Rachael uses in the recipe with wild rice or brown rice.

To recap why this meal meets our recommended list.

1. Lean Protein
2. Vegetables
3. Whole-grain or higher fiber carbohydrate choice.

All 3 are essential in meeting your weight loss goals.

Enjoy this light, and crisp chicken recipe and stay tuned for more great Rachael Ray 30-minute meals. Don't forget to leave your comments after you try this recipe. I will continue to critique a recipe 1-2x a week so make sure you go out and purchase Rachael Ray's 365:No Repeats 30-minute meal cookbook so you can enjoy these great recipes and add variety to your Dress-Size Reduction Diet.

Are You At Risk For Esophageal Cancer?

Obese individuals are 6 times greater to get esophageal cancer then those aren't obese. According to the International Obesity Task Force, an estimated 300 million adults worldwide are obese (body mass index over 30).

"Conservative estimates suggest that obesity levels will continue to rise in the early 21st century - with severe health consequences - unless action is taken now," say the task force.
