How to Write Articles For Traffic & Profits
Taken From Secret Google Tactics (Yea one of my blogs)
This is an over simplified version of how you can get traffic from articles. There are, generally, 2 ways to gain traffic from articles:
1. Through direct backlinks on the articles distributed
2. Search engine traffic
The REAL key doesn't lies with how many times your keyword appears throughout your article or the number of directories you submit to. (Yes, those help)
The REAL secret lies in the article's title...
Have you ever wonder how people make money with articles? Keep reading because I'm going to show you exactly how easy it is to do that!
We're going to throw away all the SEO mumbo jumbo you've learnt else where about high PRs, backlinks, and keyword density.
You're only concerned about getting the clicks and the sales.
This is going to be short so listen up! You'll only be submitting to 3 article directories - GoArticles, EzineArticles and SearchWarp.
Forget about the rest. Of course, I'm assuming you've already have a product in mind to promote and a direct (domain forwarding link) to the merchant's site.
Remember NOT to use a direct affiliate link in your articles. Not only does it bring a low click-through rate, it is also no acceptable in most article directories.
Here's the meat:
1. Search for a low competition keyword in your niche. This is relatively simple to do, simply fire up Overture's keyword suggestion tool. The magic numbers here to look out for are searches below 500.
2. Do a search on Google with the quotation marks wrapped around the search term. Say you found a phrase on Overture - "the best dog training tip in uk". Search for the very phrase with the quotation marks in Google.
Look under the 'results' tab in the top right corner. Any number below 500 is good and would be highly optimization and profitable.
3. Find 5 other key phrases using the above method.
This is the important part.
4. Write 5 different articles under each of the different phrases and it is crucial that you include the entire phrase into your title.
5. Submit the articles!
As you can see, this is a very easy model to follow and profit from. It can bring in an additional income stream for you!
