There are 6 Ranks in the Compensation Plan

Associate
You are *paid on two (2) levels* of your Team. You earn a *15% bonus of

Director
To become a Director, you must have 4 personally sponsored ISR's and 4
of your people must have the phone package (which is $199.99). You are
*paid on three (3) levels.* You get *20% on the first levels*, *15% on
the 2nd level *and* 5% bonus on the 3rd level.*

Qualifying Executive
You must have a total of 40 Phone Package sales in your organization
which can include 5 levels or more. You will get *paid on four (4) levels.

You get 20% on the first levels, 15% on the 2nd level and 10% on
the 3rd level *plus* 10% on the 4th level.

1st Star Executive
You must have 4 Qualified Executives within 5 levels. Two (2) of them
must be personally sponsored. You will get paid on five (5) levels.

You get 20% on the first level, 15% on the 2nd level, 10% on the 3rd
level, 10% on the 4th level plus 15% on the 5th level.

2nd Star Executive
You must have personally sponsored two 1st Star Executives.
You will get paid on five (5) levels.

You get 20% on the first level, 15% on the 2nd level, 10% on the 3rd
level, 10% on the 4th level plus 15% on the 5th level

You get a 3% Generation Bonus *down to your next 2nd Star Executive

3rd Star Executive
You must have personally sponsored two 2nd Star Executives.
1st Levels, 20% of GSV
2nd level 15 % of GSV
3rd Level 10% of GSV
4th Level 10% of GSV
5th Level 15% of GSV
Plus 4% Generation Bonus down to your next 3rd Star Executive.
