Emotional Freedom Technique - A Tapping program for attracting Money, Success and More into one's life.
I so love this program. It involves tapping on the end points of the major energy meridians in the body, and repeating affirmations (audio recorded affirmations) to get the energy flowing where there are blockages. It is very simple to do, very effective, and has easy to follow instructions. There are 9 tapping points - refer to the diagram. These points are tapped following along to an audio recorded program from a Qualified EFT Practitioner.

I approached this program with an open mind, even though it initially seemed to be a strange concept (well for me anyway) to take on.
I was absolutely ready to move out of my comfort zone and try something different, with the intent to blast through my scarcity beliefs. I have read several books on personal growth, abundance etc, and I have the intellectual understanding of the laws of attraction, but I still wasn't experiencing it, as a reality, to the degree to which I would like to create it in my life.
I have now been "tapping" with the program for over a month and am noticing many benefits already. That is the thing about EFT, it creates shifts quickly. Not only is my prosperity thinking changing for the better, my personal relationships are becoming more positive and I am more tuned into my sense of self. I feel more confident socially and notice also that my tendency to give up on trying something new because of fear of failure or inadequacy issues, is in the process of falling away. I feel more confident in that regard also, and I now keep trying, or keep on taking action, rather than just giving up.

- Many people would like to change the money situation in their lives. When you get into EFT you realise that why it's not happening are beliefs that we aren't even aware of and when those go - wow- it all starts happening - and not only in terms of money, but in all areas of life - relationships, fun, joy, peace - you name it - and yeah that's what you can then get real passionate about. I hope many people find this lens and get made aware of this stuff!! And I hope they pass the good news on. Anybody can do this - it's so easy to learn and so easy to do. My 9 year old is into it and boy is he a happy chappy!
