My favorite are these colorful and stylish handbags made from recycled juice boxes! They also feature purses developed from old magazines, discarded phone books and seashells.

I just discovered these unique, beautiful and eco-luxurious purses made from of all things - discarded tractor tire inner tubes. Very interesting! Inner tubes are like fingerprints - no two are exactly alike. So each bag is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind work of art.

Our source incorporates leather trim and sides to their rubber bags, keeping them lightweight and enabling the introduction of new colors and textures. All leathers used are by-products, vegetable dyed and chrome free, and all bags are constructed using the highest quality hardware and materials available. The inner tubes are collected then undergo a rigorous but environmentally friendly, multi-day cleaning process.

Another really neat feature is the interior lighting system of these purses. An LED light comes on when you open the bag so you can easily find the contents. The lights last approx. 10 - 12 months, then when they burn out the company will send you easy to install replacements for free.

Although durable products sometimes cost more initially, their extended life span often offsets the higher cost and saves money over the product life.
