    I am trying to think of some cute things to serve to all the kids after the Easter service. In China we don't have much in the way of Easter stuff. No jelly beans really. Some nasty things that call "reagan beans" after President Ronald Reagan, who brought his own supply to China on his trips here. But they don't have any nice flavors and the texture is off - tastes like soap. So what to do? I am going to make the kids some fantastic cupcakes! Thanks so much for your inspiration!

    Those cupcakes are too cute to eat, almost. I am afraid I would put quite a dent in your cupcake supply, especially since I am presently reducing my carb intake and anything sweet looks quite appealing. Thanks for the sweet lens.

    I really like the ideas you have going on here. I'm kind of a cupcake fanatic so this is right up my alley:)

    If you want to make cupcakes more nutritious, check out my lens about coconut flour and how replacing 1/2 to all of it in a recipe will actually lower the amount of calories in the overall recipe!

    Just be cautioned that you'll have to use more eggs, egg substitute, or liquid in general if you do decide to use coconut flour in a recipe, but it's totally worth it.

    Mmmmm - sweet to see and to eat, cupcake treats for Easter! Years ago I made a bunny cake for y Girl Scout baking project. It was soo cute, but these take the cake on cute and quick. My daughter is a big cupcake fan - even considered a cupcake tree for her wedding.

    Those look like great cupcakes. If you are ever in the Austin, TX area and just want to buy a cupcake, I highly recommend My Cupcake. It was started in a trailer and they actually believe in customer service which is hard to find these days.
