Vegetarian Meal Plans - There Is No Better Time Than Now

I have to admit that after being a vegetarian for so long now and after doing so much research it's astounding how bad meat and dairy is for us. Now I am not going to start preaching because everyone can do their own research and make up their own mind. But the more I find out about the meat and dairy industry the more I am so thankful that I am a vegetarian, well more like a vegan now although I do eat occasional fish (very rarely and only from a clean source).

All I am going to say is, obviously if your a vegetarian you stay away from meat products but dairy is just as bad. Just say NO! Do your own research and you will see how discusting the dairy industry is. When I say dairy it is all milk products and eggs.

As more and more corporations start controlling this industry and looking to cut costs at all, well, costs it's even better time to check out these awesome vegetarian meal plans and start living a life of health that you can actually feel and you will look damn good as well!

    Finally! There are so many "healthy" eating plans for meat eaters, I have always thought, what about us veggies? We're not all stick thin you know. I am really interested in this product. Just wondering are the meal plans suitable for vegans too? I would love to find out.

    It looks very good, and the easy veggie meal plans even look attractive. A very important thing also is that they are based on a balanced use - and that is very important as sometimes when focusing too much on the "spiritual" benefits of being vegetarian, people lose sight of common sense health.
