Ebay is Still the Best

Ebay is still the most fun place to shop online. It's also the easiest and quickest way to earn some money whether you are just selling stuff from around your house or garage that you no longer want; or if you are looking to start an online business or enhance an already established business.

With the cost of fuel soaring these days, many more people prefer to do their shopping online. It saves on fuel costs, avoids dealing with crowds, provides a faster way to search for the particular item one is looking for; and oftentimes offers a much better deal on prices. The item is delivered direct to your door without having to go out and look for it.

Because Ebay is now a household name, it is often the first place new internet shoppers go.

I have an Ebay Store where I offer shoppers fun things like costumes, toys, children's clothing, and more for bargain prices. Once in a while I run some auctions where my bidders can bid on hard-to-find and discontinued items. It has proven itself to be a profitable venture and a great deal for both me and my buyers.

Ebay is Still the Best Place to Shop for Video Games Old and New

Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Game Cube, Sega, Sega Genesis, Playstation, Playstation 2, Xbox original. These are all older systems that can't be found in the retail stores anymore. But, you can still buy these great systems on Ebay.

I like the old systems and started my grandson out on a Super Nintendo. I found a very nice system with 10 different games on Ebay. Great games like Super Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, Zelda, and even some Star Wars games. It was fun to see my grandson's delight in playing and learning the strategy's for the same games I remember playing with my sons when they were little.

He has since graduated to a Game Cube, and Lego Star Wars has become his favorite.

The Super Nintendo was been passed down to the granddaughter who likes "Yoshi". She now has a Nintendo 64 system, and the Super Nintendo will be preserved for when my newest grandson gets old enough to play.

I've been selling and shopping on Ebay for about 4 years now. My Ebay sales quickly provided the replacement income we needed to get through when my husband lost his job. We are not getting rich from it, but Ebay does generate a pretty steady supplemental income for us.

Starting out, I was selling these handmade solar-powered lighthouses that my husband makes. They went over very well. Unique, handmade items such as this usually sell quite well on Ebay. It's a great way to get the word out about your product because you are not just selling locally, you are selling to the whole world!

It was fun running auctions for my husband's lighthouses, but I wanted to open a store where I could sell all kinds of things and create a steady income. That's how my store, FunStuffbyMinny was born.

You Will Find a Huge Community of Fun and Helpful People Just Like You.

One of the best things about buying and selling on Ebay is it's huge community of people made up of Ebay buyers and sellers as well as people just starting out. There are discussion boards on almost every subject of interest, as well as special interest groups you can join. You will meet lots of fun, interesting, and knowledgeable people who will "show you the ropes."

There are SAHMS (stay at home moms), teachers, accountants, professors, and just plain folks from all walks of life who will answer your questions, listen to your vents, befriend you; and give you a helpful tips when needed.

Be prepared. It's fun and very addicting!:)
