I've always liked adobe houses. These are quite interesting, but am not too sure about living in a round house!

If you can take a shelter from the materials where they lie, you have preserved the earth. Love the use of the natural materials in the lens. My vote for LOTD!

I've always loved round homes. I could easily live in a yurt. Nice lense.

Amazing work you have done this would help so many people around the world to find good quality housing made from materials that won't emit toxic fumes! I will be looking to use these ideas for my project in Bangladesh. Thanks

These eco-domes must be the simplest hand built small home structures ever. No foam, earth fill - what could be better for the inhabitants and the environment. They remind me of hobbit houses with panache - lensrolled to Eco-Friendly Tiny Houses as another example of sustainable small homes anyone can build. 5*, of course!

We've been considering building a cob house for some time now, but your eco dome squidoo page has us thinking of alternatives. Thank you for creating this!

My husband and I are big dome-lovers. There's a pretty funky dome house--well, multi-dome house--in nearby Sedona (I say "funky" mostly because of the bright colors they painted each of the domes). And we've seen many others in Arizona and elsewhere. I know my husband wants to build one someday. He's also on Squidoo, and I'll tell him about this lens.

My husband and I have been building homes for years and we desperately want to know more about building an eco dome house. Thank you for the great info and videos. 5*'s and I'm lensrolling it on mine!

I always thought eco domes went with the Eden project, I am going to go right out & make my own, this is a lot more fun than camping. You are a featured lens for this week on http://www.squidoo.com/groups/Socialpostingangel
    Well Done.
