    Indeed fascinating animals, most people will say they are ugly but i think it is just their strange look which makes them attractive

    Thanks for writing about eels. :) Very informative lens. They are such a misunderstood species and I have recently gotten really interested in the freshwater European eel, anguilla anguilla. All most people talk about is eating them. I think they are beautiful! I want to help protect the endangered ones but I'm not sure what to do. If I write about that one I will lensroll you!

    I am a professional stock photographer and often work in aquarium shops. I like photographing eels because they don't move as much as other tropical fish. 5* I came here from your lensography.

    I've got ropes in my tank which are close to eels, but some day wouldn't mind an eel or two:) Great lens!!!
