Elder Law is an area of the law that considers the special needs of senior citizens and their families. Issues of estate planning, charitable giving, medicaid/medicare and a myriad of others combine to form a formidable web of issues to consider.
This goal of this lens is to help those interested in Elder Law issues for themselves, loved ones or friends find the information they need.
