    it is a pretty good idea to take some of the stress and pressure off of owing all of your taxes. it makes it actually doable for those who are really pushing it to make a living. my tax attorney in atlanta told me about this a couple years back, luckily i didn't need it but i am glad a measure is in place. thanks for the info.
