With out inspiration the most talented artist, writer sculptor etc does not know where to start! This lens is about just a few of the many people and things which influence my artwork and inspire me to create and keep on creating and bettering my art. I do hope that you find some inspiration here to and that after you have visited you will take that inspiration and new ideas with you to do something spectaculally wonderful.
Artists past and present who's work I admire.
- Froud
- The world of Froud is just beautiful, amazing, strangely believable and very moving. It is a place to loose yourself and explore.
- Mary Engelbreit
- A really talented lady who's artwork never fails to bring a smile to my face.
- Rackham
- The wonderful curious illustrations by Arthur Rackham brings my imagination alive.
- Mabel Lucie Attwell
- Lucie's characters are just so lovable. I had a Lucy Attwell annual as a child and remember drawing (copying her characters) I have always enjoyed creating my own charactors more than copying. The fact that I did choose to copy from these as a child, must say something about my love and admiration of them.
- Rober Bateman
- What can I say about this artists work... Wow! breath takingly awesome!
- Terry Isaac
- The beauty this man sees in the world is just magical to me. Such a talented artist!

Chameleons

Chameleons are fascinating creatures. Not only do they look like prehistoric frog monsters from Mars... do a cool, shaky dance when they walk (to blend in as leaves blowing in the breeze) and catch their prey with a long sticky tongue but they can ev...

A cold snowy winters day. The sun just shining through the bare glistning branches, bringing no more than a brightness and a touch of thaw to the freeze.-
