What's the movie Juno about?
Juno, a 2008 Academy Award Nominated Film (Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Director) directed by Jason Reitman, is a movie dealing with a mid-western, teenage girl named Juno (played by Ellen Page) who becomes pregnant after a one time encounter with her high school friend Bleeker (played by Michael Cera).Juno then sets out with her best friend (played by Olivia Thirlby)to locate prospective parents to adopt her baby. Among the possible suitors are the Lorings (played by Jessica Garner and Jason Bateman) who seemingly appear to be the perfect match.
The film Juno proved quite popular when it made its rounds across several film festivals before opening in limited release in the United States on December 5, 2007.

Ellen Philpotts-Page (born February 21, 1987), known professionally as Ellen Page, is a Canadian actress. Page received both Golden Globe and Academy Award nominations for Best Actress for her role as the title character in the film Juno.
She is also known for her starring roles in Hard Candy, Smart People, Whip It, and as Katherine "Kitty" Pryde in Category: X-Men: The Last Stand - . She also received attention in her native Canada for award-winning roles in Pit Pony and Marion Bridge, as well as television shows Trailer Park Boys and ReGenesis.
