Introduction
Emma Darcy was originally two people, Wendy and Frank Brennan, Australians, who collaborated on writing the novels. In 1995 Frank died, and Wendy (pictured left) now writes the books the books on her own. Wendy is the sister of Mills and Boon author, Miranda Lee
Emma Darcy has written over 100 novels and sold over 60 million books. All her books are set in Australia.

Frank and Wendy founded the Emma Darcy Award contest in 1993, to encourage new romance writers to finish their books.
Emma Darcy has also written three crime novels - Who killed Angelique?, Who Killed Bianca? and Who Killed Camilla?

- Emma Darcy wrote a series of books about the orphans who were adopted into the James family. I know of Rebel ("Dark Heritage") and Tiffany ("Ride the Storm")... does anyone have the complete book list for this series?

- The Wrong Mirror was the first book I read by Emma Darcy and remails my favourite.

- I have a weakness for romances set in the Outback, so I like Emma Darcy. But the titles are really dumb. I hate it when the book has mistress in the title, it's just crass.

- Hi I have just finished reading over a dozen Emma Darcy novels; for about the 8th time. Loved everyone of them, but I have to say I absolutely adore the Kings of the Outback and the Kings of Australia trilogies. They were such feel good books and I loved them all. Thank you Emma for a wonderful read...you are certainly an inspirational Australian. More power to you.
