An Easy Way To Release Emotional Blocks

I am sure many of you might have never heard of EFT. When I first discovered this technique I thought it was a bit strange, but I tried it anyway. I am glad I did.

EFT was so powerful for me that I started to tell friends about it and now I would like to share it with you.

EFT is short for: Emotional Freedom Technique , also known as the acupuncture of emotional issues without the needles. I must mention, though, that EFT also heals physical pain and diseases.

EFT is a technique designed by Gary Craig, a personal performance coach in California, EFT belongs to a new class of treatments referred to as Energy Psychology. Gary Craig has dedicated his work and life to teaching people how to overcome emotional and physical blocks to success and has been emotionally, spiritually and financially generous with his discoveries. EFT is one of the most effective, efficient, gentle treatment techniques.

Understanding EFT

If you are aware of the power of your vibrations and what they have to do with your results in life, then you might want to read on.

First of all you need to understand that we don't have energy, we are energy. In order to vibrate healthy signals we need to have a healthy flow of energy. The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. As sure as a blood clog in our blood stream will bring health issues to our body, an emotional block will cause health issues to our energy system.

Why is it so important to have a healthy energy system? Because it is directly linked to our vibrations; our vibrations are directly linked to what we attract in life and what we attract in life either match our desires or are in complete disharmony with them.

EFT will help you release the emotional blocks that you might carry around and which are responsible for your lack of success.

How do you know if EFT is for you? Have you had the feeling that you've been trying everything you could to make your business or you relationship work, and yet have not succeeded?

If it's the case, EFT is definitely for you. You may have practiced all the best affirmations, success story journals, visions, meditations and so on, as long as you have an emotional block within your energy system, success will be long in coming.

You can practice EFT on things like: Attracting abundance, release fears, create success, generate feelings of gratitude, clear your mind, make decisions, become free of procrastination even relieve pains and diseases and much more.

The EFT Technique

Tapping Points

The technique used to practice EFT is called TAPPING.
The tapping technique is somewhere between hypnosis, meditation and acupressure. You can learn it in a matter of minutes, and get instant relief to some stressful situations in your life.

It is very common among people who have practiced EFT to have found immediate relief from applying Tapping to their most stressful feelings. Continued application can then produce profound changes in your life.

You don't need to FULLY understand tapping to make it work for you. No one fully understands electricity, but as Bob Proctor says, "electricity can cook the man's dinner, and it can cook the man".

It is called "tapping" because you will need to tap these area, each one between 5-7 taps at the time going in circles. Going from one point to another and back again.

How Can You Control Your Emotions

Bad Emotions Vs. Good Emotions

Bad Emotions are imbalances in the Nervous System

Good emotions occur when nervous energy can roam freely in the body. Bad emotions occur when nervous energy gets stuck. That is why you feel nervous in the stomach, Stress in the shoulders or back, fear in the hand, etc.

Feelings and emotions are related to beliefs. In short they are one and the same thing. Your emotions are attached to some particular beliefs you have on things and the results are YOUR FEELINGS. To get rid of the bad feelings or emotions you need to get rid of the root, YOUR BELIEF.

When you tap, you say the belief out loud as you tap. This will bring up the corresponding emotion in the nervous system. Each point correspond to the end of a nerve channel in the body. Tapping sends a shock wave down that channel.

Since there is no easy way to know which nerve channel is holding a particular emotion, we need to tap them ALL one after the other.

After a lot of practice, however, you might be able to pin point the exact channel for a particular emotion.

EFT And Attracting Abundance

Carol Look, and EFT specialist has concentrated her knowledge of the EFT technique to get rid of the clutter in the body and attract abundance.

    I'm sorry you're feeling that way, but just wanted to let you know that NO, EFT is no mumbo-jumbo. works for me like a charm and for thousands of people out there as well. Even heal physical diseases. What do you think about that? Still mumbo-jumbo?

    This is very interesting stuff. I think you need a little more explanation though. I learned much more from the video than I did your lens. Your illustrations are great, but the description of tapping in a circle really confused me. I think you meant that your rotate the points you tap in a certain order?

    I went through an extensive therapy with a counselor for a little over 2 years that was an eye movement therapy. It too is suppose to activate both sides of your brain to help release negative emotions and get over emotional traumas that have you stuck. It's not some new age nonsense. There is an actual science behind it all. I saw a licensed psychologist and the therapy quite honestly saved my life.

    The information in this lens has the potential to really change lives. I'd encourage you to do a bit more research and add even more great information.
