Become more self sufficient - Visit Yourselfsufficiency.com to learn about new ways of living the life you want!

I'm making this page because it is in everyones interest to learn about the things they use in everyday life but were too afraid to ask or learn more about. From making electricity for your home appliances to baking bread, this site is aimed at making everyones life a whole lot easier and friendlier to the environment and your community! Being self sufficient is not just for yourself but for your entire community or even help you to establish a sustainable and eco friendly site for people to gather and live in peace with the environment.

There is a time in peoples lives where we must ask if we know enough and by saying you make your own life and decisions is just a blasé way to dodge the issue! 90% of people dont actually know what electricity is let alone how it is generated! If we were to just lift the energy burden/knowledge gap we would create such tremendous change to our way of life and the survivability of the planet.

We cannot do this by holding several Live8 concerts or Live Eearth events and we can neither depend on a 1 plan fits all strategy. The first and most important thing to tackle is the individual! Help them to become self sufficient so they can help you! why not live in abundance because YOU can do it rather than live a life of mediocrity where you wait for the next best thing to be created or be held down becuase you dont have the knowledge to power your own home! We live in this day and age because we choose to so why not choose to learn about the eseentials for living - Wherever we want, however we want with all the creature comforts and luxuries we hold dear!

Become self sufficient today and reduce all those costs which bog your life down, by learning how to produce your own power to growing your own food and baking your own bread among other intriguing yet fun things to do!

People often wonder 'how much will it cost me' but the greater question is how much is it costing you to not know this stuff?

Solar Power, Wind power, Hydrogen Power, Stirling power - Alternative energy for your home and vegetable growing!

Combo energy systems for maximum effect! Get off the grid the squidoo way!

A problem which i see people have most of the time is not the stupidity that is inherent in all of us (whether you admit to it or not is one thing but if you meet a person who says they've never failed in their life then it either means your talking to the perfect incartion of another son of Gawd or your talking to someone who relies on lying) but what if all we needed was a spin on the current options open to us?

I'm a great believer in having options open and by my own nature i like to find out about how things work, especially the things i use (haha first gameboy got turned into lab testing subject) but for electricity, you cant exactly meddle with it becuase the first time you do it wrong could be the last time :P - Therefore the next best thing is to try and find someone who can teach you but NO! Most dont not know all of it, from building a panel or energy system to feeding the power back into the grid for money. Well fear no more on www.yourselfsufficiency.com there are guides which are worth every dollar you pay for it. This is becuase it can be used by any speaker or any language and where ever you are on the planet. Its that simple and it includes videos to tell you and guide you through all the steps, right up to installation!

HOLD ON! We've only started this part of the lense! What about power systems? well

Hey there guys - its been a while

Much apologies for leaving this squidoo lense to die a slow death. Its calcified now !!! LOL

Aii America has not taken its chance to be the biggest alternative energy giant it could be, the far east is adament it wants to grow and no one should tell them otherwise (Then again the west cannot afford to not grow either - especially if they keep clinging on to this economic system!) oh and then theres the African and Middle Eastern countries which are up and coming parts of the world which would need more resources to grow... anyway you can see an argument a mile off and this lil ol planet of ours cant take more of a wacking, hell we've done quite well with nuclear weapons - at least we havent blown a gaping hole in good ol mother earth, how much do we make our mothers endure eh?

Well - Having thought about the wider implications of our actions - I've decided that we've got to make a few changes on how we do things on this planet and it just smacked me on the head - its down to energy and yes even nuclear is used... energy which determines what we can make and how much we can make.

Look at the spread of man kind in the beginnings of the early industrial revolution - the age of steam or at least the phasing of steam technologies - which wasnt bad kit by any standards - to the introduction of the ICE... Internal combustion engine and the growing dependence on fossil fuels and using nuclear fuels as a crutch.

I will explain why I say nuclear is a crutch, its most awesome power has only ever been demonstrated by its destructive force, also by coincidence there is a direct correlation of having the 'ability' to wipe out huge numbers of people and the the status of whether you are counted as a super power or not. oh sorry back on course - yes these super powers also have nuclear based power plants, the shame of it is we dont have enough of them to even count them as energy generators - infact coal is required to power these nuclear meanies - and I'm not talking about the environmental impact yet!

So we're on this long road to where exactly? Well - thats where I jumped off the bandwagon, the reason being, the most important environment vote/concern which was supposed to be decided on by the nation has not come to any significant result and the worlds nations are looking at each other sheepishly and shrugging their shoulders... and just carrying on as normal. So why hasnt any one decided to chase up free energy? I am not a believer in zero point or free energy systems, the people who talk about them however have presented information on pollution-reducing or eliminating technologies and yet the main crowd wont even give them the time or day. Wouldn't it be worthwhile to chase these up and let there be an official research commissioned by governments to develop such technologies?

Throwing the cost issue aside - some people may think they can benefit from this planetary tragedy in the name of corporate profit but then again if we continue the way we are, money in any of its form is going to be useless if there is no planet to spend it on. Nor is it usefull if we kill the planet by our careless custodianship of our own home. Seriously come on, we've had studies which lead to no conclusions or late and outdated verdicts, we've had computer systems for the health or military industry fail spectacularly and we've even had sponsorship state programs which are being flagrantly abused in the name of personal expenses but not one person has actually said - hell why not - we've spent the money in other pointless areas why not see what this can result in?

Cough cough this is after you've cleaned up the system and making sure money goes where it needs to be - for it all to work and that means getting the main stream science community to really start talking with these back yard inventors and straighten out the crooked divide. We just cant afford to be looking at each other and slinging insults and pre conceived judgments on something we know little about - and we literally cannot AFFORD to not finding a solution to the dependency on fossil fuels, it will surely run out one day, and even if we could make limitless supplies of this - we've seen the health effects it has on us and the environment... and its the only energy we have chosen to accept.

And this is the limitation of energy - oil can only bring us so far and do so much, we cannot use it for space flight, we are limited to how far our cars, aeroplanes and trains can go in distance - and our food prices are directly affected at the cost of moving the cargo around the world to where it has to be. When you start to think about this massive implication - that food needs to be shipped to places, you start to wonder if they might starve if the gravy train/truck/aeroplane stopped and it becomes even more obvious why developing new energy systems not only benefits a set of people, but it should benefit the world - by helping the people of the world, you not only guarantee food safety if we managed this planets resources, you also can start to harmonize this planet and bring people together - with the gradual fading of this bickering and dividing up of the planet.

Right now we are but a step away from from doing absolutely nothing at all - which is not good news as the ice glaciers are melting fast and there is nothing a few concerts and you tube videros can do if we just expect it all to 'blow' over. We really should look towards these claims and really find out what these free energy devices are actually doing.

Just think for a moment - if even one of them were made to work - we could really pull ourselves out of this archaic state and really put some smiles on peoples faces - our biggest hurdle is the development of new energy technologies - even magnetic technology is possible and has been proven to be a viable way to generate electricity.

Anyway - they are just the latest ramblings - I am expecting to post up some details on my adventures with HHO - and even constructing my own hydrogen cell that is being used to reduce emissiosn and gives your car more power and mileage. Some people have failed at this endeavour misrably whilst others have not even tried it at all and still say its complete rubbish and hoo har - but in my own experiance, it is a viable way to help the environment along with its other uses as well like being a heater and a way to boil water! But more on that when it comes!
