Delaware Valley College: Large Animal Science
The Delaware Valley College Equine Studies Program expertly prepares students for careers in the equine industry through its A.S. or B.S. degree options in equibusiness or equine training. The program emphasizes practical knowledge and technical skills as well as sponsors nationally competitive intercollegiate hunt seat and dressage show teams.
Midway College
Midway College boasts a long tradition of excellence in equine education with degrees designed to prepare students for leadership in the equine industry. Ideally located in the heart of Bluegrass horse country, Midway College 's equine facilities encompass nearly 170 acres of farmland and include two large modern indoor arenas, an outdoor riding area, 32 stalls and approximately 70 horses.
Virginia Intermont College

Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre
Meredith Manor is a school dedicated entirely to producing professional riders, trainers, and instructors for the horse industry. Our students spend 6 hours a day in primarily hands-on, skill based classes with additional time spent in the barns and with the horses.

Fountain Valley School of Colorado
The FVS Equestrian Program includes diverse training in both Western and English riding. While Western Riding has been offered for more than 75 years, the School's English Riding program was started in 2003 by Riding Director Ann Hanna, creating one of the more comprehensive riding programs of its kind in the Western region.
Dana Hall School | Riding Center
The Dana Hall Riding Center has been an integral part of the campus life since the 1930's. Riding has been offered at the school since 1915 and 71 Dana Hall students currently take lessons. The goal of the Riding Center is to create an atmosphere where everyone learns the values that horses and riding can teach-responsibility, determination, self discipline, and sensitivity.

The Madeira School was founded in 1906 by Lucy Madeira who resolved to provide young women with an education that was as rigorous as that offered to young men.
St. Timothy's School | Equestrian Program
Girls who like to ride will delight in the St. Timothy's School riding program. Our program is a popular one, with one in four students participating. Most girls ride one of our 16 horses, but some bring their own horses to board at the school.

    I am an equine professional and have been for over 35years. Some of these schools turnout great techniqual people for management and breeding programs. However those that want to be horse trainers tend to come out lacking expirence but think they know it all.

    Programs like these are great. My son was on a College Rodeo Team and I have a nephew riding on the team for Sam Houston State now. I like that kids are able to continue their studies in a direction they love AND take their horse to school.
