Make sure that you understand the documentation that each European country will require for you to enter.
Some countries are more laid back in the kind of documents that you will need to get into them, others are more strict. You will save yourself a heap of time, money and disappointment, if you have all your paperwork in order before you leave home. Of course the documents you will need will depend on where in the world you arrive from and your nationality, length of stay and what you'll be doing in the country you're visiting.For instance, some countries will require that you have more than six months left to run on your passport before they will allow you in, other countries won't be so strict. The Euro is always a great starting point since it is always great to have some local currency when you arrive in a country. However, just because it is called the Euro it doesn't mean that the Euro is the dominate and only currency used throughout the whole of Europe.
