Getting around Ghent is easy with its fantastic road network, the Ghent tram system cris crosses the city and there are a number of regular bus routes. Cars are not permitted in the city centre and parking elsewhere is restricted so Ghent is an ideal city to visit via Eurostar. There are a number of free bus services operating at night during the weekends.
Leaving London you can be in Ghent in less than 3 hours using the Eurostar. The Eurostar will terminate at Brussels and you switch to a local train connection.
