European Singers Will Compete in Moscow This Year!

The biggest international music event in Europe will take place in Moscow this year, between 12 and 16 May.

This is the 54th Eurovision song contest, where 43 countries will participate. More than 100 million people are expected to watch the event.

New Rule, More Excitement

This year, voting procedure in Eurovision will be changed. For the first time, both televoting and national juries will be taken into account.

A couple of years ago, national jury system was eliminated and televoting system was introduced. However, starting from this year, we'll welcome national juries back. Will the new voting system increase the excitement?

Slovakia is Back! San Marino will not make it this year

Slovakia, after 10 years, returns to the contest.

San Marino, on the other hand, announced it will not participate in the event in 2009.
