Evil MLM companies
You want to know if they can terminate your contract at anytime for any reason. Now you might be saying well every contract says that, no they don't. Well at least not ones with true integrity. You will also want to look for anything that says "ongoing sales" or on "ongoing performance".
Reason being is that means you basically can't retire because you have to keep building to keep the organization you have built. If your plan is to do it once, do it right and be able to will it your family one day, I don't recommend getting involved with a company like this.
So if you want to know whether your company is an a evil company look no further than to the policies and procedures, trust me it will save you years of pain and heartache in the long run.

- Hi Kevin, nice lens on the subject of policies and procedures that many don't pay attention or read when they join an MLM company.
