More Excercise to lose man boobs 

This is what I do:
1) Warm up for 3 minutes
2) Sprint for 30 second. -can use a Treadmill, Bike, Elliptical machine or run outside
3) Walk or slow jog for 90 seconds
4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 4-6 times
5) Cool Down 5 minutes

Authors note: The more circuits you do the longer recovery time you may need in between sprints

2) Incline bench: 3 sets 8-12 reps
Another great exercise to lose man boobs is Incline bench. This will build up the top of your chest giving a more natural look to your chest. This will work your upper chest triceps, and shoulders.

3)Cable Crossovers: 3 sets 8-12 reps
This exercise will create width in your pec muscles and will help to flatten your chest. You need a pulley station to do this exercise. Set the handles parallel to your chest. Keep a slight bend in your arms and bring your hands together. Keep you elbows locked at the same angle for the entire movement.

Don't have a pulley station? You can do the same exercise on a flat bench using dumbbells.

    I just wanted to pop by and say that the Chest Coach program worked for me. It was highly effective and took just under a month. I'd tried lots of other things and they didn't work. Sure, he doesn't present you with all the solutions, but he does present you with one that works, and that is what matters to me.
