Well this is a bit of a trick question. Exercises for love handles alone can help reduce body weight and one should always find ways to remain active. The problem that you will normally see here is someone will do the exercises for love handles and keep their eating habits that created them in the first place. Aerobics are the best exercises for love handles as they target fat cells. A balanced diet and aerobic exercise will reduce fat levels around your love handles and other areas. Side stretches are designed to tone and firm the external oblique muscles. Side stretches are done by standing straight with your knees slightly bent with your feet apart. Now SLOWLY, bend to your right sliding your hand down your right leg. When you start to feel a slight pull from your muscles, it is time to slowly return to the straight position. Now repeat the process on your left side. To keep this exercise effective is you must keep your body and legs straight over each other so don't bend over. Exercise Two: Torso Twist
The second of the exercises for love handles is the torso twist. The exercise is designed to help firm up your three separate layers of abdominal muscles. The torso twist is done by standing with your feet apart about shoulder width. Think of yourself as an upside-down "Y". GENTLY turn your upper body to the right, keeping your hips pointing forward. When you start to feel a slight pulling of your muscles in your back, it is time to return to the forward position. Now repeat the process on your left side. Remember not to bend during the exercise. These exercises for love handles are not high impact yet one should take care not to over do it as you can injure yourself if you push too far.
