Statistics for this are a little scary. An incredible 70% to 80% of women who are not wearing the correct size. Bad support results in saggy breasts! Is this what you want?

If not follow the directions below:

Make certain your tape measure is straight across your back as wrong placement can cause you to make a wrong calculation.

Take your measurement just under your breasts keeping the tape tight.

Then measure again across the fullest part of your breast. Make certain you only measure around your body and not your arms.

Then take the difference in inches between the two measurements.

Eg under breast measurement 36
Full breast measurement 38

The difference is 2 inches. This is your cup measurement

Your bra size is 36B
