My Experience With Marketing Merge Renegade University

Well, after logging in at Sieg's Renegade System, I was there, in her back office. I had never heard the term "back office" before. I had no idea what the term "affiliate" meant and I had never heard of "capture pages." I didn't even understand what a "URL" was.

I was in a foreign land and couldn't speak the language.

It took awhile trying to understand the things she taught. But here's the thing, learning from an expert is difficult for a novice.

Experts tend to forget what they once did not know. So unless you can watch them work, what they teach is hard to follow. Being a novice, I just couldn't get what Sieg was saying. I had to read and re-read everything in her back office training site.

Slowly I learned from Ann Sieg and finally tried to do a little "advertising." I learned how to post my Renegade referral links, my links, my unique affiliate "URLs." I used Sieg's scripts in my classified ads and ran them for months.

But I had zero sign-ups and no sales. So I didn't generate a single free lead. Generating free leads is not at all that easy if you have no one to show you, step by step, how to do it.

I kept trying to study Internet Network Marketing because that's what Ann Sieg said I had to do. This is quite true, by the way.

During my studies, I ran into Mike Dillard's products. He said the same thing; study marketing.

So I decided to study Google Adwords from Mike Dillard and Perry Marshall. I thought I had "arrived!" I finally understood how to use keywords!! At least that's what I thought but I was wrong. And by then I had spent quite a bit of money on my studies. I had bought from Mike Dillard and Ann Sieg and others.

I really thought I knew what I was doing, but alas, like so many others who are like me, I knew a lot but didn't know how to apply it.

But I thought I knew plenty.

So I posted my first two ads at Google Adwords. By then I knew about the importance of "split testing" my ads - extremely important. So with my two ads running for a while, I finally got 4 leads. But believe me, I was not generating free leads.

I was trying to sell Mike Dillard's Building On A Budget course using Google Adwords. I had great "copy" because I was using Dillard's ad examples. But guess what? The 4 leads cost me $25 dollars each because I didn't make a single sale with any of the 4 people who opted into my Building On A Budget capture page.

I couldn't afford to continue learning like that so I quickly stopped my ads on Google Adwords. I was upset. Why didn't my ads work? I thought I was doing everything Mike Dillard said to do in his back office to promote his products. Guess not. So I said good-bye to my $100. Bummer.

I continued to study internet marketing and eventually found Mike Klingler's Renegade University.

I enrolled like I had with so many others, thinking "Well, at least this one is free."

I was sort of glad to get more links to promote from Mike Klingler but I didn't really expect to do any better.

Generating free leads isn't as easy as just putting up a classified ad somewhere, even if you are using good "copy." Both Ann Sieg and Mike Dillard had excellent ad examples. That was not my problem.

Anyway, I enrolled at Renegade University and "Eureka!" Video tutorials!! Step by step, click by click, see-one, do-one internet marketing training! This was new! I'd never seen anything like Mike Klingler's video training.

Renegade University was a way to learn like I did in graduate school. Each clinical practicum in grad school was theory, then actual practice in the hospital setting. Learn a little theory then go do it, learn a little more, then practice that, etc.

Following along with Klingler, the student learns little bits ofInternet marketing theory. But that's not all. Watching him "operationalize" the theory into practice, the student follows along, taking the same action as he does, step by step, click by click. That's how I learned nursing, that's how physicians learn medicine, etc.

In grad school and at Renegade University, all that theoretical framework stuff is fascinating. But putting theory into practice - now that's exciting!

If you are following along with Mike Klingler's video tutorials, you know exactly what I mean. If not, let me explain just a little more.

Before studying with Mike Klingler, I had studied how to build a blog. I knew in theory that my blog would have to be "optimized" for anyone to find me online. But I was totally lost on exactly how to do that. I just didn't "get it."

But get this at the end of my one week, one dollar trial at Renegade University Professional Level; I had an entire website - an internet network marketing 6 page blog that gets plenty of internet traffic to this day!

If you build it, they will come, if and only if you can successfully optimize your website.

That usually costs a fortune because it's difficult to do until now. I didn't understand how to optimize my website learning with Mike Klingler either. I just did what Klingler said to do.

Here's the point. Long before I understood the theory of search engine optimization (SEO) I was doing it, step by step, click by click, watching Mike Klingler.

That method of learning is exactly how I learned to put theory into practice in nursing. It's exactly how surgeons learn to operate. It is the best way to learn and the safest; side by side, with an expert showing you how.

I'm still learning internet network marketing step by step, click by click, watching Klingler's video tutorials in his Marketing Merge (aka Renegade Professional) "back office."

There are probably 4 times as many video tutorials now than when I first enrolled and that was only a few months ago.

Do I now understand what Ann Sieg and Mike Dillard teach? Yes indeed! But only because I went into fast-forward learning + action; the right actions in the right order, step by step, with Mike Klingler.

Am I generating free leads now? TONS of them! How long have I been at Renegade University to make this happen? After two months I had several free leads. After 3 months I had a few sales. Now, after 6 months, I can't keep up - tons of free leads and over the last month, more sales than I've EVER made%u2026 ever!

I have found my all time favorite expert to teach me how to convert internet network marketing theory into practice. I'm sticking with him.

Mike Klingler has taught me more in 6 months than I can put into words. But I'll keep writing articles like this and perhaps after hundreds of them, I can adequately describe in words how much Klingler has taught me, but I doubt it. It would take a book. Stay tuned, because I will definitely write that book someday!
