For men it will be below 12% and for women it will be below 17%...

    Actually, you can do both... if you include strength training in your workouts... you will not only create new toned and sexy muscle... your new muscle will burn more calories... See? You CAN do both! :)

    Hi Dink... good question! The answer of course depends on several factors... such as your present condition, your exercise program, your diet and what exactly is your dream body. And the answer to the last part... not spending a fortune... well, Craig Ballantyne only recommends foods that doesn't come in a package like fruit, veggies, nuts and meat. No supplements necessary. And you can just use your own body weight for exercises at home. It doesn't come any cheaper than that! Thanks for writing... :)
