Also for people who played or want to play the game ill give you a few useful tips.

The Story Line

Another complicated one to explain but what do we expect from these games... So there is a powerful monster known as 'Sin' who who was created 1000 years ago to protect a sacred city known as Zanarkand, however this backfired and the monster 'Sin' destroyed both the Bevelle army and the city Zanarkand, this monster now destroys all the land of Spira, to stop this special people known as summoners must advance on a pilgrimage with their Guardians (protectors), to collect all Aeons (mystical powerful creatures), to be able to use take part in the 'Final Summoning' where their closest Guardian will be killed to be transformed into an Aeon this is what is meant by the 'Final Summoning' and this will defeat 'Sin' however after a period of time he returns in the same form however it s now the person who was used for the Final Summoning who is 'Sin' and the cycle begins again.

Secrets

Everything you need to make the journey through Spira that bit easier.

Yojimbo

The most expensive win you will ever have.

Yojimbo is a powerful ninja warrior who uses his sword and dog to attack and destroy enemies he is different from a normal Aeon in the sense he is very random in which attacks he does as you have to pay to use him,
sound totally unreasonable well Yojimbo has one very special move Zanmato (instant death to any enemy even bosses).
So how do we get this legendary warrior? Well here it is step by step.

1. When in the calm lands head towards the north eastern exit you head towards the cave the 'Cavern of the Stolen Fayth'.

2. Head into the back of the cave to meet summoner who will summon Yojimbo you must face him in battle (he is not to difficult).

3. Then the bidding begins, yes thats right you must bid for his talents offer him half plus one of his offer until you reach about 190 000 Gil this should be enough to acquire Yojimbo.

Now some tips on getting Zanmato to work first make sure his moral stays high bu=y paying him a reasonable amount 1,000 Gil should so nicely to boost his moral, don't let Yojimbo die and after hours of torturous fighting paying and killing and also with a bit of luck Yojimbo will eventually use Zanmato when his moral is high Zanmatos likelihood of attack is much greater so think on.

Anima

The most devestating overdrive you will witness.

Well this is a difficult task to get Anima but so worth it, as this creature when powered up is awesomely powerful so what do you need to do.

Well it begins in the very first temple you must collect the secret item in each temple if you did not first time round re-visit them although this is the more difficult option I recommend doing it first time round.

Then once you have all these items you enter the air ship and use the co-ordinates X 11-16 and Y 57-63 to locate the Baaj temple area then you enter the water as you did at the very beginning of the game.

now you face Geosgaeno a very familiar looking foe (he attacks you at the start of the game whilst you are too weak to destroy him), exact some revenge now, he will use petrify a lot so equip lots of stone proof armour or your characters will become petrified and sink and b out of use in the battle.

When the monster is beaten enter the temple and if everything is done properly you will see a short cut scene explaining Anima's origin, when you leave this powerful Aeon is yours enjoy the power, and don't forget to power up Anima this will make his already powerful overdrive unstoppable.

Magus Sisters

The very erratic sisters with a very pretty overdrive.

Very effective and also another difficult one to get hold of, well here it comes how to get the deadly sisters.

firstly you will need to collect every Aeon (yes that includes Yojimbo and Anima), then you will need to get the hunter weapons from the monster arena in the calm lands so that you can then take part in the second bit, now you must go to Mt Gagazet and collect all eleven monsters and then go back to the monster arena you will be rewarded with the 'Blossom Crown', then go to the Remiem temple and fight Belgemine, now after you beat her Bahamut you will get the 'Flower Scepter' you use your newly acquired items on the north door and acquire the Magus Sisters now face Belgemine again and you will get a extra cut scene where you will learn Belgemine is unsent and also you will acquire the Moon Sigil.

Weapons

All the celestial weapons, essential to completing the game fully.
Each weapon needs a Sigil and a Crest Before it reaches its full potential I will explain how to get the weapon and all the extras.

Cloudy Mirror

Essential to begin the process

This is important you will need to get this as without it getting all the weapons is impossible.

Get to Remiem Temple by mounting a Chocobo and heading for the feather in the far South-East corner of the Calm Lands. To the left of the entrance is a racing Chocobo, use the sphere beside it to find out about the race. All you need to do to get the Cloudy Mirror is beat the Chocobo to the centre of the course; it doesn't matter whether you get the chests or hit the posts.

Cloudy Mirror to the Celestial Mirror

Key Item to get the weapons

his is the final form of the cloudy mirror and will unlock all the chests containing the weapons.

There's a family near the first save point in Macalania Forest. Talk to them to find out that they're missing a member, then go and find him at the camp site to the right. Tell him where his family is and he'll return to them, but now the kid has gone missing. He can be found at the T-junction on the glowing path that travels above Macalania. Speak to him and you'll be asked if you want to use the Cloudy Mirror. Do so and it will become Celestial.

Caldalborg

The celestial sword used by Tidus is fairly easy to come across first all you have to do is beat the Chocobo Trainer in the final race this however does not mean first to the line it means the one with the fastest time, (hitting balloons decreases time, whilst hitting birds will cause the time to increase).
once you have beaten the Trainer the woman guarding the North West corner will have gone now head down the path and collect your sword.

Sun Crest - This can be found in the Zanarkand temple (where you fight Yunalesca), there is a broken staircase on the left head up it and you will appear on the other staircase the chest containing the Sun crest will be right in front of you.

Sun Sigil - This is a very difficult one to get hold of and will no doubt drive you to the point of insanity, but it it is the vital one for the sword so... To get hold of this you must run the Chocobo course in 0.0 seconds, this means that you must be perfect in your run hitting as many balloons as possible and also avoiding any birds, this is a very tasking thing to do but worth it so stick with it and good luck.

Masamune

To get Auron's celestial weapon you first must collect the 'Rusty Sword' from outside the 'Temple of the Stolen Fayth' it is embedded into a rock near the people.
now head to the Mushroom Rock Area where you ended up after fighting 'Sin' there will be a little alcove here with a lift inside go up on it to the top and use the 'Rusty Sword' on the monument and a glyph will appear use the 'Celestial Mirror' here to obtain the sword.

Mars Crest - This is at the far end of the Mi'ihen Oldroad. If you where knocked of the cliff by the 'Chocobo Eater you will have landed next to the crest if not you must trek back to this point from mushroom rock.

Mars Sigil - This is given to you by the Monster Arena man after you have completed 10 species and area conquests, a area conquest is completed by catching all monster in one area and a species conquest is when you collect so many of the same monsters that it unlocks a new enemy in the arena, you do not need to beat the new enemy to complete species conquests.

Nirvana

To get this weapon simply catch every monster in the calm lands and then head back to the monster arena and open the chest to receive Nirvana.

Moon Crest - Found at the very start of the game just before you leave Beasaid Island, it is in a little cove just off the beach, easy enough to find I suggest getting it at the start of the game to save back tracking.

Moon Sigil - As I explained earlier in to unlock the Moon Sigil all you need to do is have all the aeons and face Belgemine at Remiem Temple and beat her Magus Sisters, then send her and you will be rewarded with the Moon Sigil.

Onion Knight

The chest containing the Onion Knight is in the large circular pool in the Baaj Temple it is a little tricky to spot this chest but keep searching it is there.

Venus Crest - This is located in the chest on your second visit to the Farplane in Guadosalam you can return to collect this a any point if you forget.

Venus Sigil - Tediously boring this on you must enter the Thunder Plains and dodge 200 consecutive thunder bolts, when you have finally done this you go to Rin's it will be in a chest along with some other interesting bonus items.

World Champion

This deadly ball (once owned by High Summoner Ohalland), is given to you by the man in the Luca café after the Besaid Aurochs are crowned 'World Champions' this can be achieved at any time and Wakka does not need to be in the team.

Jupiter Crest - This is in the Aurochs locker room in one of the lockers in the bottom corner, this room is to the right of the stadium entrance.

Jupiter Sigil - Get ready to play Blitzball okay so to get a hold of this Sigil you first must collect all Wakka's Overdrives (which are prizes for winning tournaments or leagues), when you have done that the Sigil will become a prize for on of the competitions win this and get the Sigil.

Spirit Lance

Head to the Thunder Plains again this time in search of 3 Cactuar tombstones pray to these three stones (by pressing square), after activating three stones, find the Cactuar ghost flying just above the ground at Thunder Plains south, and follow it to a small, ruined lightning tower on the right side. Press Square button to send bolt of lightning to the tower, revealing a treasure chest holding the Spirit Lance.

Saturn Crest - Found on Mt. Gagazet, just after defeating Seymour Flux and before entering the cave. It's in a chest hidden between the pillars on the left.

Saturn Sigil - Located in Macalania Woods, a reward for catching butterflies. There are two games, one in each of the winding path areas. Touch the coloured butterfly to release a horde of red and blue ones throughout the area. You now have limited time to collect the blue while avoiding the red. It is possible, but very difficult, to win if you catch a red butterfly. Helpfully, they are in the same place every time and so you can work out the correct routes to take. Win both games and you'll find the Sigil in the chest. You can save between games.

Godhand

Simple enough to find just enter the password 'GODHAND' into the airship map and you will be taken to this area to collect Rikku's weapon.

Mercury Crest - This is found in Sanubia Desert, very obviously marked on the map. In the final area with the Sandragora pits and Cactuar stone, head west to find it in a chest.

Mercury Sigil - Finally the last big task until you have all the celestial weapons.
To get this you must complete the Cactuar Gatekeeper quest by finding all ten spheres. Use the Cactuar stone to be given a hint for the next location, then find the Cactuar and play its little game. You don't have to win any of them in order to gain the Sigil; just playing them is enough. You are free to leave and do other things between Cactuars. They can be found:

1. Tomay: Next to the oasis

2. Rovivea: After the second save point, in the dead end before the exit to the large area

3. Chava: Read the "20% off" sign to the left of the Cactuar stone

4. Aleka & Aloja: In the ruins

5. Vachella: Use the save point in the tent

6. Robeya: In a chest on the far left-hand side of the large area

7. Isrra: In a Sandragora pit

8. Elio: Visit the first save sphere, then head to the deck of the airship

9. Flaile: Appears as soon as you return Elio's stone

Challenges

Dark Aeons, Nemesis, Penance.... they are all here

These are without any doubt the hardest part of the game so if you are looking to test your skills and see how well you do here are the Aeons locations:

Dark Valefor - You'll find him at the entrance of Besaid Village. A summoner will block your path and summon Dark Valefor.

Dark Ifrit - Entrance to Al Bhed Home, a man will ask you to help him find his daughter. You must choose yes and he'll ask you to look by the cliff. You'll see Dark Ifrit there.

Dark Ixion - Talk to the soldier under the lightning rod tower, north of the agency. Once you do, he'll run off and call a summoner who will then summon Dark Ixion.

Dark Shiva - Macalania Temple Entrance. A Guado Guard will block your path and summon Dark Shiva.

Dark Bahamut - Zanarkand Dome. (the place where you fought Yunalesca) Dark Bahamut will be waiting there.

Dark Yojimbo - Cavern of the Stolen Fayth, step on the teleport panel to get to the back of the cave then try to go back out. A summoner will block your path and call Dark Yojimbo.

Dark Anima - Mt. Gagazet Gate. Go to Gagazet Mountain Cave and repeat the 1st Trial of Gagazet (Wakka's ball challenge). Once you're done, Anima will be waiting at the gate of Mt. Gagazet.

Dark Magus Sisters - From the North End of Mi'ihen Highroad, go north to Mushroom Rock. You'll see 2 summoners there, approach them.

Penance - As if these powerful creatures werent torture enough after beating them you unlock another colossal monster Penance. penance can be found by Selecting from airship destination list once all Dark Aeons are dead.

Another couple of monsters which are also difficult to beat are Nemesis Ultima weapon and Omega weapon here are their locations.

Omega Weapon and Ultima Weapon - These two are found in the Omega Ruins.

Nemesis - Fought at the 'Monster Arena' but only after you...

1. Capture 10 (ten) of every monster in all areas.

2. Defeat every normal monster in every area in the arena.

3. Defeat all of the created monsters in Species/Area Conquest and Original.
