I personally found it excellent but as I am resonably web savvy and a good project planner it was easy for me to understand videos 1 & 2 which deal with the planning and set up stages I learned how to find and research the forum topic and whether there is a market for my forum. Consider them the brainstorming sections.

Videos 3 & 4 really unravelled the mysteries of working with phpBB from set up through to getting the best out of phpBB features. Making your forum look great and standout from the normal plain gray or blue color schemes that you often find.

Videos 5 & 6 deal with content and the importance of getting that right and marketing it so that people will come and join you in your niche and shows you how to make a money while you are doing it.

Well... I never really knew that making my own forum and making it work well and earn cash $$ would be this easy.
