I love Art,Entertainment and Fashion as mediums by which we can freely express our unique selves.My involvement in these things heals me.I love the contentment I see in peoples faces when they immerse themselves in something they are passionate about.I have learned that, "Meaning generates energy, lack of meaning-depression".I found no satisfaction being a square peg in a round hole, giving up my personhood to become an employee number. My involvement in free expressions is helping me recover from a sports injury I got many years ago.I encourage people to involve themselves in something creative for their own personal fulfillment and wellbeing.Our True expressions are worth sharing with the world.I currently express myself in Art,Fashion,Jewellery,Music,Video,Stained Glass,Sculpture.The area of expression I am working on the hardest is in Community Work.
