Introducing the newest custom motorcycle from FSB "Demented".
We have started a new pet project in the shop at FSB custom motorcycles, it is a rigid frame hard tail chopper powered by a Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R street bike motor. Check out what we have came up with so far on this latest creation of ours. We will keep you posted on all of the changes and mods that the crew apply to the bike as the build goes on. So far this is week 1 in the shop, and the goal is to have a finished product by Xmas. Then we wait for warm sunny weather in spring up here in frigid northern Minnessota, and we'll be of to the first bike show of the year at Fargo ND.
Heads up, this is gonna be one sweet custom motorcycle, and here is a little taste of what we have to offer so far!
FSB custom motorcycle "Demented"
Most of the parts are off of the stock bike but they have been modified to be used as needed in order to keep cost as low as possible for the build. We started out with a Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R salvage unit (parts only) and used the motor, forks, brakes, controls, and wheeles. Then we tooled up a frame that would carry this ripper of a motor, we all agreed to go with a 2 inch diameter tube for the chassis in order to give the bike a very agressive look. We have a long way to go, but we have made it quite a ways on our project in a little over 1 week of work on our project. So far we have a rolling chassis with running motor. We still need to fab up a gas tank, chain and tensioner, body pannels, intake, handle bars, and finish the seat. Check out this photo of what we have done so far.
