We can achieve fabulous success in every area of our lives. The Law of Attraction tells us that we attract things according to our level of vibration. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is one of the fastest, easiest and most effective ways of raising our vibration.

The Bad News
You probably have some negative beliefs about achieving your goals. Some of these might be, for example:
- You have to work hard to get money.
- I'll never be rich.
- I never have enough.
- I can't find the relationship I want.
- Men always leave me.
- I can't achieve the body I want.
- I can't achieve the weight I want.
These are just a few examples. I'm sure you can think of many more.
You probably gained these negative thoughts from a variety of sources: your parents, your teachers, the media, your friends, the boss.
Other people and institutions may have given you these negative messages. The problem is not that you received them. It's that you believed them.
You have chosen to buy into these ways of looking at the world, at your life and at yourself for a variety of reasons.
Change Your Core Beliefs
Your core beliefs affect you at a very deep level. You may need to change your core beliefs, or core conditioning, if you are serious about making positive changes that last. For more about this, see Change Your Life with Core Conditioning. Investing in the Negative
You have reasons why you have chosen to believe these thoughts.
I'll give you an example. People who were abused as children often grow up to have issues around weight. Many times, a survivor of childhood abuse will have a thought that goes something like "I need to be big in order to protect myself" or "it's not safe to be small".
It doesn't matter how much your doctor warns you of the dangers of obesity or how much she tells you she is worried about your blood pressure. As long as you have this pattern going on, you will continue to maintain a large-sized body.
Although I have called this section "investing in the negative", these patterns and habits of thought are meeting a need - somewhere, they are serving you. Recognizing this is one of the first steps to bringing about the changes you want.
All of the things we consider to be "bad habits", such as, for example, smoking, drinking, taking drugs, and gambling, can be placed in this category.
If we have relationship issues, health issues or financial worries, these also represent areas where we have invested in patterns that no longer serve us.
The problem is that these patterns are often unconscious. EFT is one way to discover and unravel them.
When we discover a negative pattern, we often give ourselves a hard time. Instead, we should congratulate ourselves. Becoming aware of a pattern is the first step to changing it.

The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is closely related to the Law of Increase. These are both universal laws.The Law of Increase states that what we think about, what we dwell on and concentrate on, increases. First it increases in our consciousness. Then, it increases in our lives.
As stated above, the Law of Attraction states that we attract whatever we vibrate with. We attract things at our level of vibration.
Thoughts and feelings often go together, and they influence each other.
If we feel anxious, nervous or afraid, we will have thoughts which correspond to these feelings.
If we have thoughts that are undermining us, our feelings will mirror them.
EFT is a powerful and effective way of changing our feelings.
So, if we have thoughts such as "I don't have enough money", "there is never enough", or similar things, we will feel nervous, anxious or worried about money. But we can change this.

Dealing with a Crisis
How EFT can help in a crisis or when we are feeling confused.
When we are in a crisis, or when we are in difficult circumstances, it's hard to focus on the positive.
The Law of Increase tells us to focus on the positive. When we look for the positive, and when we focus on the positive, even in a difficult situation, we start to turn things around. This is how the Law of Attraction works for us (as opposed to against us).
However, it's hard to do this in a crisis.
Say you've just lost your job, or your relationship has ended. Maybe you have been given a difficult medical diagnosis. Or maybe a friend or loved one is in trouble.
You are feeling upset. That's only natural. At this moment, it's hard to focus on the positive.
This is another way in which EFT can help.
The Good News
Instead of feeling nervous and anxious about money, we can feel relaxed, happy and optimistic. The more we cultivate positive emotions, the more we can attract money and abundant prosperity.
Instead of having fears and worries about our relationships, we can feel positive, confident and loving towards ourselves and others.
Instead of feeling negative about our bodies, we can love ourselves and tap into our natural healing power.
In a crisis or emergency, or when we are feeling upset, we can use EFT to help us to calm down and think clearly.
It doesn't matter how difficult the situation is that we are in, we can always improve it.
EFT can be used for anxiety, phobias, addictions, substance abuse and a huge range of conditions.
EFT is also a highly effective method of eliminating core beliefs and replacing them with more positive, life-enhancing beliefs.
Changing Our Patterns
However, we can use EFT to help us become more aware of our patterns. For example, we can tap on:
- I don't understand why this is happening.
- I don't understand what I need to do to improve my money situation.
- I feel overwhelmed.
- I don't know where to start.
Or similar things.
In other words, we don't need to be feeling clear, calm or confident. EFT will help us even when we feel confused or unsure of what to do next.

EFT can also help you to prepare for an interview. For example, it can help you to
- feel calm and relaxed before and during the interview
- put forward your best possible image
- remember to raise the points you need to raise.

Using Music to Raise Your Vibration
You can also use this method when saying or writing affirmations (positive statements to help you create change in your life). The Law of Attraction works via our feelings.
