Farmville - The Next Level!

Whatever stage you're at in Farmville you may be finding it a drag and starting to get bored. But I recommend you stay with it and get back that excitement you had when you came across Farmville. Its not just the game, its the social aspect, the competition with your neighbors to get to the next level! Or maybe its simply the discipline or responsibility of having a working farm with crops to harvest and animals to feed that keeps you going. Whatever the reason its a good game and you won't want to stop playing it just because you're finding it hard to Level up.

If you are in the lower levels (anything below level 20) you should be concentrating on building up your Farmville Cash and XP forget the bells and whistles for the moment and get plowing your land! Weigh up the cost of seeds to sow and how often you'll be able to get back to Farmville to harvest your crop. There's no point choosing raspberries if you can't get back to Harvest them within four hours (2 hours for growing and 2 hours for harvesting max). Choose something to work to your schedule.

Setup reminders to ensure you don't have ruined crops. A great feature on Farmville is email alerts, from the settings menu you can set the level of alert you want. This can be a life saver especially if you have a whole bunch of different crops growing at once.

Have lots of neighbor's? If not, try going onto a Farmville fan site where people are begging for neighbor's. A great page is Facebook's own Farmville neighbor requests page. Here you can find hundreds of extra neighbor's and the best part is most of these players are fanatics and play the game daily. What more can you ask for? Just remember, when you request to be their friend, add a friendly note e.g "Will you be my Farmville neighbor?" just so they know why you are requesting their friendship and not just asking to be friends.

Accept all the gifts that are sent by your neighbor's, even if they are of no use to you you can sell them to earn more coins. Remember to send a thank you gift and send daily gifts to them. That way they'll be more inclined to help you in the future.

Visiting your neighbor's Farms is a good way to earn extra coins you can help them scare away pests, fertilize there crops or feed their animals. This will prompt them to help you and keep up your relationship with them in the future. Also, commenting on your neighbor's farm is a good way to build up a rapport, telling them you like their farm will let them know that you are an active member, thus encouraging your neighbor's to send more gifts your way. Neighbor's are important, without them you'll eventually find it hard to get to the next level or expand your farm. Did you know that to expand to a 16 x 16 farm you need 10 neighbor's or to a 20 x 20 farm you need 16 neighbor's and so on, so having neighbor's and building up a good relationship is paramount.

Farmville the next level! Another quick tip for you. Level up quicker by plowing a piece of your land, then use your recycle tool to delete it. Sound crazy? There's method in the madness. Call it a cheat, but you can earn tons more XP by doing this and repeating it just look at the figures. Plowing land costs 15 coins and earns you one Farmville XP, deleting land costs you nothing. So for 15 coins you'll earn 1 XP and bring you closer to the next level. If you rinse and repeat this method it wont be long before your at the next level. It is time consuming but it is worth it and I'm not responsible for the Repetitive Strain Injury from all those clicks of the mouse! Remember to keep enough coins back for plowing and sowing seeds as you you'll find it difficult to get anywhere if you don't.

Farmville does get repetitive after a while but you can bring back the ZING and fly through the levels just by following these tips.
