4. "Low-fat", "lite", "diet" and "low calorie" foods and beverages are good, healthy alternatives. Wrong on BOTH accounts! Diet pills and ab machines are a SCAM. Strict/low calorie diets never work because they are not sustainable and cardio can actually HURT your fat loss goals. You should be focusing on interval-base resistance training and a sensible approach to nutrition and eating.
