1. Do a 1-day "energy boost" fast. For one day drink nothing but pure water with fresh lemon or lime juice squeezed into it. This will help to detoxify your body, re-boot your metabolism, and give you a nice energy boost.
2. Cut out all processed foods. The single fastest way to lose weight is to cut all processed foods out of your diet... especially anything made with refined sugars or flours. The basic rule of thumb is: if man made it, don't eat it!
3. Eat a paleo diet. Eat a paleo or "caveman" diet based around lean meats and proteins, fish, vegetables, raw fruits, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats from virgin olive oil and coconut oil, nut butters, avocado, etc.
4. Do short, intense workouts. Exercise at least 3-5 times per week. Focus on doing shorter, higher-intensity workouts that combine both strength training and high-intensity cardio. Keep your workouts under 40 minutes.
5. Use supplements. Diet supplements aren't necessary, but if you want to lose body fat fast they can be a big help. The best supplements for fast, healthy weight loss are whey protein powder, omega-3 fats, and natural fat-burners (such as green tea extract).
