FatLoss4Idiots Will it work?

 

Okay, I've tried every diet under the sun. I should be the fat poster child for fads that never works. I've had some success with that Nutri plan, but does anyone else besides me think it is VERY expensive? I've also had some success with high protein, low carb meals but I find shopping for proteins can also be expensive. It's costly to eat right. I've also had a large loss result with a liquid fast. However, the problem with all of the diets I've tried is that the weight comes back...sometimes more. I've been seeing alot of attention given to FatLoss4Idiots. I want to try it for no other reason than I've tried everything else, why not? However, I've read some favorable reviews here on squidoo.(newbie that I am--should've linked them here right?). Anyway, from what I understand it's about shifting calories to kinda trick your metabolism. My metabolism needs full out electric shock treatments!

FatLoss4Idiots states that your metabolism doesn't know how much food you'll eat tomorrow or the next day because those days have not happened yet. Therefore, your metabolism always burns calories based on your eating habits during the past few days -- because it assumes that you'll continue to eat in the same general way.

With this plan, you're going to shock your metabolism by doing the OPPOSITE of what it expects you to do. You're going to NOT continue eating the same types of calories and meals for more than a couple days at a time, and you're going to lose a lot of weight by doing this.

To make this work you need to SHIFT the types of calories eaten as shown in our diet on the next page, and if you do this then your metabolism will burn all of the calories eaten. Then, when it finishes burning those calories it will find the nearest available fat tissue on your body and burn that too...more info here

Okay, so unlike those prepackaged meal programs (which does offer some mix), I'll be able to eat a VARIETY of REAL foods more than 3 times a day. I hope this is the ultimate fat idiot diet!
