Fat loss...will it be lasting weight loss
What I mean is it seems like every month there is a new fad diet on the market. I don't know about you but I've tried so many different diets and not many have worked for me.
however I did stumble across a couple that did work. Here is the good and bad and the ugly about these two methods.
One diet that did work for me was Weight Watchers. The Weight Watchers program basically goes by your intake of calories versus your expenditure of calories.
This has been a proven system for years but it's hard to count calories. The difference with weight watchers is they have a points system attached to a formula of calories, fat intake and some other factors.
The points system makes it much easier to keep track of what you're eating in both calorie and fat versus trying to keep track of those things self. You do need to keep a log of you eat daily and instead of keeping track of calories and fat you keep track of the points.
For instance I was allowed 23 points for the day. A large Apple is two points, a medium baked potato is one point, black coffee is 0 points, 1 cup of skim milk is 2 points..... I think you get the idea.
Overall the weight watcher system is a good system and you will lose weight if you stick to it. The problem I had with it is it's a very a slow weight loss program.
The second problem with the program is the cost. It's not as expensive as some weight-loss programs where you have to buy your meals but it is expensive.
The only way that I was able to afford to try Weight watchers was because my mother had been on the program for a while but she had stopped doing the program so she sent me all of the materials.
Overall on a scale of one to ten I would give Weight watchers a seven.
The next program review is called fat loss 4 idiots. I'm not real crazy about the name. I came across this product on the Internet and just figured it was one of those fad diets that somebody was trying and make money off of and it would fade out quickly.
To my surprise it didn't fade out. I saw more and more interest on the Internet. It was in all of the Internet forums on dieting. Some forums even had to make a special section on their website because it was so popular. I was seeing real people getting very excited about getting real weight loss results.
That wasn't enough for me because I have been scammed before so I decided to really research this thing before plunking down my hard-earned cash.
Here is the scoop.....
If you go to their website, what they say makes a lot of sense.
First they state that you will lose 9 lbs every 11 days. That caught my attention because I wanted to lose weight quickly.
The next thing that caught my attention is this program works without exercise. I imagine if you do exercise it's all the better. However I spend about three hours a day on the road going back and forth to work and I really don't have a lot of extra time to exercise.
The next thing that I liked is the product is not expensive. We have a large family and I simply can't afford expensive weight-loss systems.
Lastly I saw the product was backed by Click Bank. Click Bank has been around for a long time and they really stand behind the products they offer. I personally have ordered many things from Click Bank over the past five or six years I did ask for a refund on a couple different products.
I went to click Bank online and told them I wanted a refund. I was never asked for reason why I wanted a refund and they gave me my money back immediately.
So To sum it all up fat loss 4 idiots works very well and very fast. The product was inexpensive. The product has a very solid company standing behind it should you need a refund.

I would urge you to go visit their website at Facts on Fat loss 4 Idiots and do yourself a favor... don't just skim the site. You can probably read every page within 15 minutes but their is stuff on these pages that you don't want to miss.

I agree FatLoss4Idiots is an awesome diet. I've lost about 10lbs so far, and I am halfway through my second cycle. It's soooooo easy to do this because I'm never hungry.

I used to work out at the GYM alot, but I found out that swimming is just as effective and a lot more revigorating. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend hicking if you have acces to any mountain region near you. All you need are some good boots and some pleasent company. I lost 5kg in one week by walking about 10km daily. I went with my girlfriend and we both had a lot of fun :)
