Let's talk about me!
It's all about me Baby!!
Seriously though, I wanted to get a start on my Lensography before I got too involved in Squidoo and it became "work" to build one. Let's hope I don't muck it up too badly.
I'm quickly reaching my mid 40s and keep gravitating back to working on the internet. I just recently ended a 7 year career as a jewelry designer to return to working online. Before that I've been a tech guy, architect, comic book store owner, restauranteur, publisher and editor. Just to hit the highlights..

My Favorite Lenses
* Prince Planet : 60s black and white cartoon that had I known it then, was my introduction to anime.* Kill Doctor Lucky: One of my favorite games right now. Why solve a murder when you can commit one?
My Animal Lenses
* Help the Manatee : Manatee are some of the most gentle creatures in the ocean. They are also some of the most abused by boat traffic.
My History Lenses
* Zuni Fetishes: Having lived in the Southwest for nearly a decade Native American culture became a huge part of my life. I have been considering making fetish style art and my research led me to create this lens.
My Jewelry Lenses
* Emeralds: I love emeralds. They are my 3rd favorite gemstone behind sapphires and rubies, which are technically also sapphires. Here is a little bit about the history of this long sought after gem.
My Game Lenses
* Retro Games: This is the starting point for all my "old school" game lenses. If it requires anything more powerful than an 8088 processor or an Atari 2600, you won't find it in here.* Video Game Music: Nothing beats a repetitive tune that plays endlessly in your head for hours and hours.
* Buckner and Garcia: The creators of the smash hit Pac-Man Fever were trapped in to making a full album with songs from all of the popular video games of the day. Donkey Kong is ok, but then you get to Goin' Berzerk and Froggy's Lament and you have to wonder WTF the record label was thinking.
My Random Lenses
* Cash4Gold, Scam? : With so many people selling gold to make ends meet I decided to put a lens together explaining the process of buying and selling jewelry from my perspective as a former jeweler and what I've seen from Cash4Gold.
My Travel Lenses
* Kansas City: We recently spent some time in Kansas City so I decided to write this lens about some of the more popular sights in KC.
In Conclusion
Yes, this is quickly hacked together, and for that I'm sorry. But I really wanted to just stake out some territory for my Lensography. My plan is to work on it a bit each time I add a new lens, which starts next week, now I just need to pick the topic.
