Symptoms are also dependent on external factors like weather, diet, and exercise.

Fibromyalgia Symptom: Muscle Pain

"I ache all over; my whole body hurts"

The achy muscle pain that fibromyalgia patients experience is similar to the aches and pains experienced with the flu.

18 specific fibromyalgia tender points have been identified that assist physicians in making a clear diagnosis of fibromyalgia. The tender points are present in 9 locations bilaterally at the back of the neck, front of the neck, chest area, shoulder blade region, back of shoulder, buttocks, hips, elbows, and the knees.

Although patients feel that they ache all over, upon a more thorough evaluation with palpation skills, these specific points of exceptional tenderness are identified. At least 11 of the 18 tender points should be presents for an accurate diagnosis of fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia Symptom: Chronic Fatigue and Weakness

"I feel like I got hit by a truck; I am just tired all the time"

While fatigue will be present in 90% of fibromyalgia patients, the severity of fatigue and weakness will vary greatly from patient to patient.

One reason identified for the extreme fatigue, is the lack of "deep, restorative sleep" among fibromyalgia sufferers. Interrupted sleep due to pain is also a culprit to the extreme fatigue and weakness.

In addition to reports of fatigue, an associated symptom is "brain fog", a type of cognitive dyfunction. This manifests as difficulty concentrating and loss of memory.

Fibromyalgia Symptom: Gastrointestinal difficulties

"I think I have irritable bowel syndrome"

Approximately 40-70% of fibromyalgia patients experience symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome including constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal gas, and nausea. Acid reflex symtpoms may also be present.

Fibromyalgia Symptom: Headaches and facial pain

"My head hurts; My jaw hurts"

Approximately 70% of fibromyalgia patients suffer from chronic headaches and 75% from some degree of jaw pain. The jaw pain is related to the muscles and ligaments of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The headaches are typically tension headaches or migraines.

Eye pain is also a problem and manifests as eye pain. sensitivity to light, blurred vision, and fluctuating visual clarity.

Fibromyalgia Symptom: There are many more :-(

We have discussed in detail the main symptoms, but let's at least mention the many other complaints that fibromyalgia patients have...

Chest pain, morning stiffness, numbness/tingling sensations, irritable bladder, muscle twitching, swelling, skin sensitivities, dry eyes and mouth, dizziness, impaired coordination, sensitivity to sound, sensitivity to medications, hypoglycemia, painful periods among women, increased psychosocial stress

Is there any hope for long term fibromyalgia relief?

Real fibromyalgia relief is a great struggle for most sufferers...

Unfortunately, the road to finding real fibromyalgia relief among sufferers can be rocky and filled with hills and valleys. A treatment modality that one day offers great relief, can the next day be contributing to significant side effects, or no longer working at all. You may have to try many different treatment modalities before ever finding something that works for you.

Many patients start out with traditional medicine under the care of a physician and transition to a more holistic approach with greater focus on natural remedies. Many fibromyalgia patients have found found significant relief by focusing on natural remedies and overall improved health/wellness. This means LIFESTYLE changes

Considering your genetic predisposition to fibromyalgia when choosing natural supplements...

Don't miss your opportunity to get a supplement that is made JUST FOR YOU

There is evidence linking genetic factors to the onset of fibromyalgia. Now, keep in mind that supplements, even customized nutritional dietary supplements are not designed to 'cure' fibromyalgia. The role of customized nutritional dietary supplements is to promote healthy biochemical pathways in your body. With Genewize Life Sciences, a customized nutritional dietary supplement is developed for you after a simple assessment of your DNA. The role of a DNA assessment is not in any way designed to 'diagnosis' you with a particular disease or disorder. It's purpose is to determine specific variations on your genes that may interfere with healthy biochemical pathways.

More Simply Stated...

Your genetic make-up determines which nutrients are used in your body; the way toxins are removed, what happens to any waste products and how efficient effective these key processes are working within your body. By adjusting your lifestyle and utilizing a customized nutritional dietary supplement, you can have a positive impact on how your genes work and compensate for areas in which your genes are not functioning at an optimal level.

How can I get my hands on this amazing product and is it affordable?

Genewize is the only company to use a breakthrough 'titration matrix' to formulate a scientifically DNA guided product into a single serving solution. There are over 120 possible product ingredients in this all natural, 80-90% whole food product. This makes for over 177,000 possible combinations! Really the best thing is how easy it is to get this innovative product for free. Finally, there is a 90 day money back guarantee!

Let your customized nutritional dietary supplement be one step towards an overall healthier lifestyle...

It will take more than a customized nutritional dietary supplement to impact your overall wellness if you are suffering from severe fibromyalgia symptoms. Making additional lifestyle changes in diet as well as light exercise is crucial to long term relief of fibromyalgia symptoms. Countless patients testify that the combination of the right supplements and the right diet makes all the difference with this disease. The right diet will vary from patient to patient, and again will be a process to find the right formula.

In general, your diet should include more organic food, nutritious snacks, fruits and veggies, lean meats..anything that is good for your body. Of course you should avoid caffeine, sugar, alcohol, and foods with lots of preservatives and artificial ingredients.
