Cps was here talked to me and my baby daddy in the hospital. Does she have the right to take my son away when i left him for 3 days while my son is in the hospital?! he stopped breathing (almost died) but hes ok. we left the hospital to arkansas from texas. were putting my stuff and my son's stuff at my baby daddy's grandmother house and came back to the hospital. cps said if my son and i leave texas... she WILL take my son away! if we are with the baby daddy, she will take him away!

I realize that CPS has a job to do, but they need to investigate throughly instead of making quick desicions. I have a friend whose three kids were taken away from her by CPS, long story. She is fighting for her rights to have her kids back. She is doing everything they tell her to do. She works two jobs, one part-time, one full-time. She is a christian and goes to church. There is a good chance she'll get her kids back. If not, she WILL keep fighting until she does. That's what you need to do keep fighting NEVER give up.

i am actually kind of sort of in the same boat as you, cps has taken my son i took my son to the ER because he fell off my bed and broke his leg and they are saying that i purposly injured him. They took him into protective custody that day. I got supervised visits THE NEXT DAY! i get supervised visits 5 days a week 3 hours a day. I believe they know they screwed up. Now they are pushing for my son's father to get custody when the man beat me when I was pregnant. I was living with my mom, and currently my mom is his "foster mom" and I see him 7 days a week now but my supervisor is here only 3 hours, as long as I have 2 people with me I can be with him every day, all day. I have a VERY strong bond with my son he is used to me putting him to bed every night, and they want to rip that away from me and him and place him in a home where he barely knows his father and doesnt know anyone else. They are pursuing criminal charges. Talk about messed up.

of course cps is not doing the right thing. As i ready your story i cried so much because my story is like yours they took my two month old baby away and i am 19 as well. I took her to the doctor cuz i felt a bubble on her head and her eyes got swollen, the doctor told me to go to the hospital and there everything started, investigators, sherrifs, everything horrible happened that day. I could't believe that was happening to me! we are innocent and we have lots of support from alot of people i cant think of how ugly cps handles their "cases" but kids are kids they are not cases and they are not property, but as long as state has custody of them they call them their property. wow. well im here for you and its nice to know that me and my husband haven't been the only ones falsely accuse. i miss my baby and i want her to grow up with me, with her family.

My daughter Evyn was born Augest 9 2008. and since October 30th 2008 we have been fighting cps.
