    Ohhh That was very nice lens you clearly give the reason why the property prices falling down but it is restricted to some city and most of the place prices of the property moving up side.

    Some very good points. Falling prices will definately boost our economic stability a bit, the outrageous overpricing led to sub-prime loans which led to our current mess.
