Fireworks for Sale
Welcome to our guide to buying fireworks. You can find interesting information about how to buy, what to look for, and where to buy quality products from Wisconsin fireworks stores. We will also inform you about laws regarding fireworks and fireworks tents
In Wisconsin, we celebrate 4th of July, a federal holiday that commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. On July 4, 1776, the US officially declared independence from England. We label this date as the 4th of July and usually celebrate it with fireworks. For some folks, this includes going to public locations where the professionals fire off the fireworks after it gets dark. For the more adventurous fanatics, we ignite fireworks in our own backyards, usually whether they are outlawed or not.
We need to note that it is illegal in many locations in Wisconsin to fire or possess these fun devices. Not to mention federal laws, there are numerous local ordinances that determine whether or not you can fire off or even possess fireworks. In Wisconsin, for example, it is allowed to buy fireworks, and there are numerous vendors who set up fireworks tents in order to offer them to the public. It is okay to buy them and fire them off in certain designated locations during the 4th of July and New Years; but there are local ordinances where you cannot even possess them (or even have them in your automobile), and the local city officials such as fire marshalls police officers will take them. A person may even get a ticket and have to appear in court. Therefore, make certain that you check the local laws if you intend on buying, possessing, or firing off fireworks.

How to buy fireworks
First of all, check out your local newspaper! Usually, just before the 4th July Fireworks begin, the local newspaper may print information about where you can see public fireworks displays and they may print local laws and regulations in your location. Here in Wisconsin fireworks retailers will take out full page ads in the newspaper advertising fireworks tent location, retail stores and offer discounts and coupons. In any case, you can also check out the APA (American Pyrotechnics Association) and search the directory they provide of state laws.
Make a decision on what variety of fireworks you want to purchase. Many "safe and sane" fireworks can legally be sold in your area and some types of fireworks, usually items that shoot into the air, can not be bought in your area. They are typically put into several different classes of fireworks. In Wisconsin, it is legal for residents to purchase or buy Class C Fireworks.
Class C Fireworks is a type of fireworks that anyone can purchase. You can refer to them as "consumer fireworks" or perhaps 1.4G fireworks. Please note that the "G" in 1.4G fireworks does not correspond to the word 'gram'. The 'G' does not have anything to do with grams. The numbers and letters come from the U.S. Department of Transportation's "Hazardous Materials Table" which is a massive, complex set of regulations.
