- I really need to try caviar one day... I love masago (salmon roe, I believe), so I'm past the whole 'ew, fish eggs!' thing. Great lens; I learned a lot and I know now that I could order some caviar online. :)

- Did you know about the mystique of caviar's aphrodisiac qualities might have more to do with its being an egg, and the way it's served than anything else?
Kissinger was not alone in his passion for the pearl-like, salty sweet eggs considered to be the most extravagant aphrodisiac in the world (with the possible exception of black truffles. Casanova was known to pop a spoonful or two of the succulent treat. Dostoevsky, Madame duBarry and even Rasputin considered caviar their ?drug? of choice. Very interesting lens. Good job!
