I needed fitness for my martial arts training as I was slowly reaching a level, at which I could not progress unless I developed more body power and fitness. I learned from wise people that hard word is not the key (although an important ingredient), but doing things in a way that bring results. I just could not find the smart way in sports until one day my friend showed me the easy way.
