Health Effects of Flouride

Water - 2nd only to air - is something every living being needs to survive.

Clean, pure water is a basic necessity for optimal health. With flouride, arsenic, and lead in our water supply, is there anything we can do to at least cut down on these neurotoxins that are affecting our brains and overall health?

This article will cover some of the dangers, research and results, and even a couple of things we can all do to minimize the amount of flouride, etc. we ingest.

Countertop
The compact design of the countertop model of the MTS 2000 system takes up little space on your counter, but belies its impressive capacity to produce up to 1,000 gallons of filtered, great-tasting water. It's certified by NSF International to significantly reduce dissolved lead and over 40 volatile organic compounds that may be in your water.

Also available is the undercounter version.

If we didn't already have a whole-house water filtration system, I would most definitely have one of these!

Toothpaste with NO Flouride

A Couple of Options

What an array of toothpaste you'll find on the grocery store shelves. The only problem I've found is they all seem to have flouride and the Poison Control Center warning. Those are not good things, but it was something I never really paid attention to before.

I had always thought everything was safe and was really flabbergasted to learn they're not. We do have a choice of either Spearmint or Wintergreen.

You may also want to check your mouthwash for ingredients. Personally, I think it would be more healthy to brush teeth and rinse with good old-fashioned but purified water!

I love the toothpaste you link to. Have been using it for 4 years, now when I go to the dentist I always get comments about how squeaky clean my teeth are.

Great job! So much useful and interesting material. I need to check out the under counter water filter. Wonder how it works on well water! Should be terrific I would think. Thanks for sharing so much information.

So many things I didn't know regarding what we've been lied to about being safe. No wonder so many people don't trust the government anymore. Anyway, it's time to start taking care of ourselves. Thanks for the jump start, I'm off to do more research.
