    I like to watch football and play with it sometimes. However, I have never thought of making a football themed cake for my friend's birthday.     Wow! You bust be a true FANatic of football to have cakes made for a football team, though I could see this being cool if your kid in a football league and you're throwing a celebration for them.     Its always nice to be able to stop by here again when the Squid Angel blessings wear off, and I get to bless this again. This is one of my favorite cake lenses on Squidoo. Great to see this at #3 over-all again, I'm sure it'll go to #1 again around the Super Bowl.

    This is awesome. I have a sister who is really good at making decorative cakes for all kinds of occasions. I going to share in hopes she will see it. I made a helicopter cake for my oldest son about 20 years ago. Not as fancy as the stadium cake but that is what he wanted. Thanks for all the great ideas and tips.

    I think the cake shop I went with used the football jersey cake pan (pictured above) last week to make a football jersey cake for my hubby's birthday. I would have rather had just a plain sheet cake, with a football jersey pictured on it and then some football accents on it. Oh well, maybe next year. Nice lens! Some great ideas here.     I believe that cake deco is a complete art!, not only you have to be committed but also you need that edge that eventually put you in front of the competition if you are planning on doing this as a pro!     My wife made my oldest daughter a princess cake for her birthday and both of our daughters just recently went to a princess party where they had a princess themed cake The girls absolutely loved the cakes!

    I was hungry before visiting your lens, now I'm starved! I'm not much of a football person but my guys are and i should surprise them by making them a few cupcakes. I often just use wrappers ( they make life so much easier) but I might put their favorite team logos on to them also.
