A sharp knife certainly is about the most important kitchen tool!

This is a really cool knife site. I have not tried this knife, but I think I'm going to buy one now. Thanks for the insight.

Yes they do! Too bad they sell out so fast. I love my set and use it all the time.

Wow, this one looks really sharp and fierce. This reminds me of the jack bauer 24 gear I just bought.

At last somewhere i can comment on this crap. Are people really so gullible as to beleive these knives will stay sharp forever? Honestly do you think if this company had stumbled upon the holy grail of metallurgy that theyd be selling to households for a pretty penny? seriously they would be billionaires. Butchers and surgeons would be top of the list for buying them of course, a blade which never dulls, tax payers dollars would stop going to new scalpel blades. But oh right these are made of surgical stainless steal right? I hate to break the bad news to you folds but surgical stainless steal scalpel blades dull (1st hand experience with human dissection) as do these knives (also 1st hand experience). These blades as with scalpel blades are not impervious to wear and thus will dull no matter what they say...yes im sure they can do marvelous feats of cutting solid objects but after 6mths of only cutting tomatos with my paring knife its dull enough to not be able to break the skin with vigorous sawing. Im sure you dont need me to go into detail about the dulling of scalpel blades when cutting through soft matter but rest assured they do.

Be realistic guys dont be fooled by the hype...if these blades were genuine all doctors would have one scalpel all razors would never need replacing and all butchers would be using these and throwing out the sharpening blocks (and all prison inmates would be sawing through their bars with them). Clearly its hyped, dont get sucked in.

One of the funniest comments I've seen. Very true. My parents gave it to me as a gift, right before moving. I was looking at reviews to see if I should throw them out now or later. It sounds like I can use them kind of like a disposable razor. Again, thanks for your frank comments!
